Pizzeria Piccola now proudly features Gluten and Dairy Free Pastas and Pizza Dough! We make it on premise using only the finest domestic and imported non-wheat gluten free ingredients and grains. It bakes up to a chewy, crusty pizza that we cannot resist! We welcome our customers with a gluten intolerance to enjoy fresh pizza with us, or purchase it frozen to create your own masterpiece at home.
Please bear in mind that although we make every effort to keep this special crust free of cross contamination regular wheat flour is an ever-present and key ingredient of our pizza business. Our gluten free pizzas are cooked in the same wood burning oven where traditional wheat-based pizzas are cooked, that means there will be minimal contact with stray wheat flour in the building and during cooking. For these reasons we do not recommend this product if you are severely allergic to gluten. We have in good faith expanded our reach to better serve and meet the demands of our guests and their needs; we hope you enjoy this product!
